SUN CITY WEST, Ariz. (AP) — Danielle Ammaccapane had a hole-in-one and shot a 6-under 66 on Saturday to take the first-round lead in the Legends Tour's season-opening Walgreens Charity Classic.

The former Arizona State player aced the 145-yard sixth hole with an 8-iron and chipped in for birdie on the 18th hole at Grandview to take a one-stroke lead over Laurie Rinker.

Rinker also had a hole-in-one, using a 7-iron on the 125-yard 17th.

Liselotte Neumann and defending champion Michele Redman were three strokes back at 69, and

Rosie Jones and Val Skinner shot 70.

Cindy Figg-Currier also made a hole-one-one, using a 7-iron on No. 6. She shot 71.
