(KSL News) A Hurricane police officer is under investigation for forcible sex abuse.
Nathan Amosa was booked into the Washington County jail on charges of forcible sodomy and two counts of forcible sex abuse.
Deputies declined to release many details, but said the alleged assault happened while Amosa was on duty. He has been released from jail on bond and is currently on administrative leave pending the investigation.
