(KSL News) A man awaiting trials in two separate cases now faces more charges involving the same victim.
Gregory Ness Oliver was already in trouble, accused of raping and kidnapping a woman. He was arrested in January during a standoff with police.
Now Oliver is charged with aggravated arson, solicitation of burglary and retaliation against a victim.
Authorities say Oliver tried to get two people -- on separate occasions -- to burn down the woman's home. They say he even provided them with her schedule and a map of her neighborhood.
Court documents say Oliver offered $200 and the title to his truck if someone would "fire-bomb" the woman's home and "make her disappear" so she couldn't testify against him.
