PHILADELPHIA (AP) — In a story April 16, The Associated Press reported that a judge had again denied preliminary approval of a $765 million NFL concussion settlement. U.S. District Judge Anita Brody clarified Thursday that the ruling was not new but was a clerical move to add her January denial to all pending cases.
