FM100's Jill Atwood ReportingA Utah mom has won a big award for doubling as CEO of her own home. That's right, many might say it's about time there was some recognition for a stay at home mom, working as the "Chief Everything Officer."
Kristine Bailey juggles chores, kids, schedules, and still finds time for herself. She's really not much different from a lot of moms across Utah, with one exception.

Felicity Huffman did the honors, presenting Krisitine with the prestigious national award from AOL.

Kristine is humbled by the award.
Kristine Bailey, CEO Award Winner: "I didn't realize there could be an award for just doing something normal, and I think it's neat. I'm still like, 'Are you sure I'm the one you want?' But it's special to me. It's something I will always remember."
She balances four children, housework, and a husband in the Air Force. He has been deployed three times in the last few years. And, one of their kids struggles with autism. Still, Kristine manages to take care of herself and her family flawlessly.
Kristine Bailey: "What's the key to successful juggling? Not thinking about it too much. Just do it and stop thinking about it. That would be the best thing for every woman. We do get a little worked up, yeah we are women."
