TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) — An Idaho man has been arrested after a runner was injured during a hit-and-run crash in McCammon.
The Idaho State Police say they arrested 36-year-old Chancy Lancaster of Kimberly on Friday, a day after 48-year-old runner Mark Haddock was struck and injured. Lancaster faces a felony charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
Haddock's father, Mike, said his son went over the hood and roof of the vehicle and landed 10 feet away in the gravel. Mike Haddock said his son suffered leg and chest injuries.
