ALGIERS, Algeria (AP) — U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is in Algeria for talks on economic and political reforms and strategic security cooperation, including counterterrorism.
Kerry arrived in the capital of Algiers late Wednesday from Brussels where he was attending NATO meetings on Ukraine.
Kerry was due to meet Algerian officials on Thursday before leaving for Morocco.
