four industry awards at their annual spring conference. ISAis the only

industry specific association devoted exclusively to the issues and

needs of business owners, founders, CEOs, and leaders in the training

and performance industry. This year's prestigious thought leader award

will go to the extraordinary team of Jack Zenger and Joe Folkman.

ISA's awards committee explained the unique partnership of these two
