a count of 80. Breath out, do 3 recovery breaths. Breath in for a
count of 25, hold your breath for a count of 100. Breath out, and do
as many recovery breaths as you like. Open your eyes and gaze without
blinking at the burning candle for 4 minutes, while doing normal

over again with 10/40, 15/60, et cetera. On this second run, you will
notice that the breath-holds are much easier. You may fail on the
second run as well, so go for the third run, and keep doing it until
