DETROIT (AP) — William Clay Ford Sr., who helped steer Ford Motor Co. for more than five decades and owned the NFL's Detroit Lions, has died at the age of 88. The company says in a statement that Ford died of pneumonia at his home. He was the last surviving grandson of company founder Henry Ford.

UNDATED (AP) — Two games are being played this afternoon in the NBA. In Chicago the Bulls are playing the Miami Heat, who have lost two straight; and in Los Angeles the Lakers are facing the Thunder. Oklahoma City starts the day tied with San Antonio for first-place in the Western Conference standings.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Joey Logano earned the right to start today's NASCAR race at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway from the pole on Friday, when he set a track record with a speed of 193.28 mph. The second-fastest qualifier was the man who won the pole last week, Brad Keselowski.

DORAL, Fla. (AP) —The fourth round of the Cadillac Championship is being played today and the leader at the end of play yesterday was Patrick Reed. He shot a 3-under 69 to finish play 4-under-par, two shots in front of Jason Dufner and Hunter Mahan (MAY'-han).

RIO GRANDE, Puerto Rico (AP) — Last-round play of the PGA's Puerto Rico Open is underway. The leader at the end of yesterday's third round was Chesson Hadley at 16-under par.
