SOWETO, South Africa — Storming the field after a professional soccer game is usually frowned upon, but it created an adorable moment Wednesday.

Ayo Dosumu, 7, escaped his father's notice and rushed onto the field after Brazil beat South Africa 5-0 in a friendly match. Security personnel tried to take Ayo off of the field, but before they could, Brazilian superstar Neymar scooped the boy up and carried him into the center of the team's celebration.

The boy's father wasn't successful in following his son onto the field, but before he was escorted off, a player took his cell phone and started snapping pictures of the boy with his idol Neymar.

A video captured the charming moment, so Ayo and others can relive his moment of glory. You can also check out the tweets below to see some sweet stills of the celebration.
