DULUTH, Minn. (AP) — Police say they've arrested a boy with an airsoft gun and another juvenile male on the University of Minnesota Duluth campus.
The university issued an alert for students and staff to "shelter in place" after receiving a report about someone with a gun on campus Thursday morning. Police were told the two boys were headed toward the science building about 7 a.m.
WDIO-TV (http://bit.ly/1ni4UmD ) says campus police arrested the two and lifted the lockdown alert. The airsoft gun looks like a real firearm, but fires plastic pellets.
