Track: Las Vegas Motor Speedway (oval, 1.5 miles).

Race distance: 400.5 miles, 267 laps.

Last year: Matt Kenseth won in his third start for Joe Gibbs Racing.

Last week: Kevin Harvick raced to his second straight victory at Phoenix International Raceway, leading 224 of 312 laps. He's in his first season with Stewart-Haas Racing.

Fast facts: Dale Earnhardt Jr. won the season-opening Daytona 500 and finished second in Phoenix. ... Jimmie Johnson has a record four victories in Las Vegas. ... Kyle Busch won the 2009 race at his home track. ... Two-time Indy 500 winner Dan Wheldon was killed in an accident at the track in the 2011 IndyCar finale.

Race distance: 300 miles, 200 laps.

Last year: Sam Hornish Jr. held off Kyle Busch on two late restarts.

Last week: Busch won the rain-shortened Phoenix race to become the first driver to win three straight Nationwide events at the track. Busch has a series-record 64 victories.
