TO NATIONAL, AND POLITICAL EDITORS:

FP1 Congratulates Senator Cornyn On Decisive Victory

WASHINGTON, March 5, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- FP1 Strategies

today congratulated Texas Senator and Minority Whip John Cornyn for

securing an impressive primary victory in the Lone Star State last

night. Senator Cornyn is running for re-election to the United States

Senate where he currently serves in leadership. By securing a majority

of the vote, Senator Cornyn avoids a runoff election.

FP1 Partner Rob Jesmer serves as the general consultant for Senator

Cornyn's re-election campaign and said, "The entire FP1 team is

thrilled that Senator Cornyn was able to earn such an overwhelming

victory last night. Senator Cornyn is a proven leader with a plan to

move Texas and our country forward. After five years of failure under

President Obama, Senator Cornyn understands it is more important than

ever to elect Republicans this fall and will work harder than ever to

accomplish that goal."
