Scott Mozarsky Joins Bloomberg BNA As President, Cross Platform
Business
ARLINGTON, Va., March 3, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Bloomberg BNA
today announced that Scott Mozarsky has joined as President, Cross
Platform Business, reporting directly to Bloomberg BNA CEO Greg
McCaffery.
In his new role, Mozarsky will lead efforts to pursue new business
lines and adjacent growth opportunities that leverage Bloomberg BNA's
content, products and operations, tapping his live event, digital and
content marketing experience.
"Scott brings executive-level experience to the role, ranging from
General Counsel to President of Media & Partner Solutions for a global
media company, giving him strategic insight into the professional and

Mozarsky has held various executive roles with UBM plc, PR Newswire
and UBM Tech. As President, Media & Marketing Services for UBM Tech,
Mozarsky led the day-to-day operations of UBM Tech's Media and Partner
Solutions businesses. As Executive Vice President and Global Chief
Commercial Officer for PR Newswire, he played a critical role in the
company's successful transformation. Prior to that, Mozarsky served as
Chief Operating Officer of CMP Media. From 2002-2007, Mozarsky headed
up global corporate development and M&A for UBM plc North American
based subsidiaries. From 2002-2009, Mozarsky also served as General
Counsel for UBM plc subsidiaries in North America and Latin America.
Before joining UBM plc, Mozarsky spent eight years at two
multinational law firms representing a variety of companies on M&A and
cross-border transactions. Mozarsky earned his Bachelor of Arts degree
in Political Science from Williams College and his J.D. from Fordham
Law School.
