(KSL News) -- A Kearns man was arrested after he drove to St. George to meet what he thought was a 13-year old girl.
Wai Kit Kwan is charged with enticing a minor over the Internet. Police say Kwan made plans to meet the girl while chatting on the Internet.
When Kwan showed up at the meeting place police made the arrest.
