MAYFIELD, Sanpete County — A man with dementia from Sanpete County was found safe in South Salt Lake Friday.
Jackie Daniels, 77, was last seen leaving Mayfield — southeast of Gunnison and west of Manti La Sal National Forest — in a 2003 silver Chevrolet Blazer, the Sanpete County Sheriff's Office reported. He was located Friday afternoon by South Salt Lake Police, the sheriff's office said.
The office said he was safe.
