(KSL News) A father of 10 is in jail for numerous sex crimes against children. Officers arrested Randal Smith last week and charged him with 10 counts of rape of a child, and he could face more.
Logan City Police Chief Russ Roper said, "It's been trying on detectives to investigate this because of the extended time period and what it looks like will be several victims."
Charging documents show the crimes took place in 2004.
