(KSL News) Prosecutors say they expect a guilty plea from the man accused of one of the biggest investment fraud cases ever in Utah.
We showed you the case in an Eyewitness News Investigation. Authorities say Val Southwick, the owner of VesCor Capital, ran a "Ponzi Scheme" in which investors lost almost $200 million.
Southwick waived his preliminary hearing today. The Assistant Utah Attorney General says a plea deal is almost finished.
