Marc Giauque reporting West Valley police say their case is growing against a man accused of sexually assaulting girls he may have met on MySpace.
Aaron Clow, 21, was first arrested by police in Taylorsville who say a girl told them he'd raped her when she was 13 years old. Then West Valley police opened an investigation and now they say several more people have come forward with similar claims against the man many say they met through MySpace.
Capt. Tom McLachlan, spokesman for the West Valley City Police Department, says in some cases Clow apparently even gained the trust of the victims' parents. "It can be a very dangerous world out there for these young people meeting people that they don't know," he said.
McLachlan says it underscores the need for parents to be especially vigilant of what their child is doing on Web sites like MySpace.
