PUERTO VALLARTA, Mexico (AP) - Chiney Ogwumike had 29 points and 12 rebounds to lead No. 6 Stanford to an 80-60 win over South Dakota State on Thursday.

Mikaela Ruef had 12 rebounds and seven assists while Amber Orrange added 13 points and five steals for the Cardinal (7-1), who won all three games of the round-robin tournament. Stanford raced out to a 40-19 halftime lead and never looked back.

The win was the 901st of coach Tara VanDerveer's career. She became the fifth women's coach to reach 900 victories on Wednesday with the Cardinal's win over Florida Gulf Coast.

Megan Waytashek scored 13 points to lead South Dakota State (4-3).
