(KSL News) -- Salt Lake Police arrested another man this morning on State Street. A witness who called police said the man was walking in the middle of traffic and yelling at cars.
When officers arrived, the man appeared to be in the middle of a psychotic episode. When they tried to capture him, he charged an officer.
Sgt. Mike Hill, Salt Lake City Police Dept.: "He advanced on the officer when told to pull his hands out of his pockets, out of his bag he had with him."
Several officers restrained the man and handcuffed him. He is in the Salt Lake County Jail, charged with resisting arrest.
Nobody was injured.
