(KSL News) The man accused of inducing illegal workers to stay in the U.S. illegally and work for a Lindon company appeared in court today.

Alejandro Urrutia-Garcia quickly left the courtroom this morning after a routine hearing.

He's charged with two counts of encouraging or inducing people to stay in the country illegally and will go to trial in April.

Urrutia-Garcia was the human resources manager for Universal Industrial Sales, which was raided by Immigration and Customs enforcement last week.

About 50 illegal workers were arrested.

The company is charged with 10 counts of harboring illegal immigrants.
