(KSL News) -- Ogden residents are invited to an open house to discuss proposed changes in the city.

City Improvements - Proposed Gondola
- 25th St. and Wall Ave., Ogden
- 3:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Improvements to Mount Ogden Golf Course, Mount Ogden City Park and to Ogden trails are all part of the agenda today.
Also up for discussion, whether to build a gondola to replace some public transportation.
The Mayor of Ogden has proposed running a Gondola from Weber State University all the way to Snowbasin Ski Resort.
UTA argues, with a slow travel speed and high operating costs, a gondola would NOT be cost effective.
