(KSL News) A man accused of killing his father during a hunting trip four years ago still is not competent to stand trial.
Benjamin Gully has been in the care of the Utah State Hospital since his arrest.
Yesterday, a judge reviewed a recent mental evaluation and found Gully unable to help in his own defense.
Lawyers for Gully asked he be kept in custody, which prosecutors agreed to.
