(KSL News) A man has pleaded guilty to the 2006 murder of a Saint George woman.
Yesterday, Jack Brown admitted to beating and fatally shooting Trisha Stubbs.
By entering a guilty plea to aggravated murder, Brown will avoid the death penalty and instead will receive life in prison without parole. Additional charges of aggravated kidnapping and obstruction of justice will be dropped.
Two other men are also serving life terms for helping Brown kidnap Stubbs and leaving her dead in a remote spot near Toquerville.
