Every Friday we are telling you about a fun new way to get fit. And today? We've got a workout that is perfect for anyone who has ever wanted to run away with the circus.

It starts out looking like any other fitness class. There are arm warm ups, and stretching. Actually, lots and lots of stretches. Because, the students in these classes need to be ready to take to the air. The work outs at Aerial Arts of Utah take place on trapezes and silk ropes hanging from the ceiling.

During the 90 minute classes students bend and twist their way into a variety of positions -- focusing on balance and putting grace in their movement. And while the instructors may make it look easy, maybe even too easy, even the simplest moves take a lot of practice.
