How do we deal with somebody that is criticizing and nagging us consistently? How do we deal with somebody that constantly critiques our every move? How do we push back without having it escalate? Sometimes we cannot do anything to make others happy. We don't have any control over how others view things or how they act or react. How and where do we draw the line? This podcast gives some rules to help deal with the negativism that comes our way. We need to put up boundaries and be realistic. We don't need to change everyone, but just change ourselves. And more importantly, we also don't need to be deeply impacted by others criticism.
