There is a long list of things that we feel we need to get done for the holidays: Parties, baking, neighbor gifts, cards, programs, dinners, family gatherings, decorating, and church functions. This can make holidays unpleasant to say the least. Dr. Matt Townsend states "It is easier to say no to something when we have a deeper yes inside." There is a very fine line between something that is very important and ones that aren't so important.
