(KSL News) -- Provo City unveiled its budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
The presentation was made from a helicopter, as Mayor Lewis Billings toured the area. The mayor recorded his remarks in the air, which were then played to city employees.
Provo plans to spend 139-million dollars on city services next year.
Billings announced the local economy is improving, which will give the city more options in the future.
