SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Police are looking for a man who hit a 12-year-old boy on his bike -- and then took off.
It happened last night on 9th North just off Redwood Road in Salt Lake City. Police say the boy was riding his bike when a man in an S-U-V ran a stop sign and hit the boy.
Police say the 12-year-old got lodged under the vehicle and was dragged nearly 40 feet before he broke free from the vehicle.
The boy suffered minor injuries but will be OK. Police are looking for a Hispanic man between 20 and 25 years old with a shaved head and goatee. He was driving a silver Jeep Cherokee.
