(KSL News) -- The I-R-S has millions of dollars that belongs to Utahns who didn't file tax returns in 2002.
The agency says almost 10-thousand Utahns failed to file a return. Those unclaimed refunds total more than 10-million dollars.
Those taxpayers would have an average refund of 472 dollars.
To get the refund, taxpayers need to file a return by this April.
Nationally, The I-R-S is sitting on more than $2 -billion in unclaimed refunds.
