SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The Utah Transit Authority is extending the TRAX schedule by an hour on the first day of the new year.
Trains will run until 1 a.m. Tuesday, giving passengers a chance to catch a late train after New Year's Eve festivities downtown.
UTA buses and trains are not scheduled to run on Jan. 1, but UTA's ski bus service will still be running to the resorts.
