Graco is recalling about 2 million strollers that could harm infants.
The recall covers Graco Quattro Tour strollers and travel systems and Metrolite strollers and travel systems sold between November 2000 and December 2007.
There have been four reports of strangulation and five reports of entrapment, with the biggest risk to infants younger than a year who are not strapped in.
