Cucumber Dill Sauce(Yield: Approximately 3 cups)
Ingredients:
3 large cucumbers
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped, fresh dill (or 2 teaspoons dried dill weed)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Peel and seed the cucumbers and puree in a food processor. Squeeze out juice.
- Mix together the sour cream and mayonnaise. Add pureed cucumbers.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
