SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah (AP) -- A woman has been arrested by South Salt Lake police for an alleged armed robbery that involved a BB gun.
Police say the woman broke into an apartment about 2 a.m. Sunday and brandished a handgun at the male resident. They say she fled with several items and sole the man's car.
A short time laster, police found the car not far from the house. They also found the weapon - a BB gun.
Police say they've determined no motive for the crime.
The 36-year-old woman was arrested and booked into the Salt Lake County jail for investigation of aggravated robbery, vehicle theft and other crimes.
A court records check shows the woman has a criminal history that includes a previous attempted burglary conviction.
