(KSL News) A Bountiful man has pleaded guilty to charges in connection with the fatal shooting of his ex-wife.
David Drommond pleaded guilty to capital murder as part of a plea deal. In exchange, prosecutors took the death penalty off the table and dropped other charges against Drommond.
Police say in August 2005, Drommond shot and killed his ex-wife when she was dropping off the couple's children. Drommond could face life in prison without the possibility of parole.
