(KSL News) Last week, Eyewitness News told you how Jose Duran was found drunk and passed out in a car on State Street in Orem. Now, Orem police have released dash-cam video of the arrest.
Duran drove off when police tried to arrest him. He also was driving on the wrong side of the road.
When police cornered him, he rammed their cars. That's when an Orem officer put his fist right through the window to get through the locked door and put the man under arrest. The officer said his adrenaline was rushing and doesn't recommend it, although his hand was not seriously hurt.
