IVANA Trump preaches what she practices. With her reality show, "Ivana Young Man," debuting Saturday on Oxygen, the bouncy Czech, 56, has installed her not insignificant other, Rossano Rubicondi, 34, in business. Last week, they opened an Italian eatery, Da Rossano Petite Joseph, near the docks of St. Tropez, and the lines are around the quay. "We brought in the chef from Harry's Bar in London," Ivana told us. She and Rubicondi will celebrate Saturday with a party at P.M. Lounge with owner Unik, who's jetting back from Paris where he's been helping Jamie Foxx launch his CD, "Unpredictable." Unik was in London the other night at hot spot Movida, where Daniel Levy, chairman of the Tottenham Hotspurs soccer club, sent over 10 waitresses bearing sparklers and 20 bottles of champagne. When he approached Unik and mistakenly asked, "Aren't you Jamie Foxx?" the Oscar-winner sitting next to him broke up laughing. John Travolta and James Gandolfini take over P.M. on Sunday night when Premiere magazine fetes "Lonelyhearts" after its Tribeca Film Festival screening. The actors play Long Island homicide detectives.
