GILBERT, Ariz. — Most people receive a lot of Christmas cards during the holiday season. One Arizona family made a virtual card that is every child's dream and mom's worst nightmare.
Micah Slade said he dreamed of doing a project similar to this viral Christmas card since he was a little kid. Slade and his wife shot and edited the family food fight with their four children ages four to 10 years old. They set the video to an Andy Williams' Christmas Classic.
The food fight took place in their house, and it took them five hours to clean up. After their experience, the family offered a word of caution that flour and water can quickly turn into super glue on hardwood floors.
The Slades are hoping their mess will help bring clean water to those in desperate need of it. They are encouraging people who watch their YouTube video to donate to clean water projects.
