(KSL News) The Utah Highway Patrol tasered a man walking along I-15 near the Point of the Mountain.
Troopers say a 42-year-old transient was walking south on northbound I-15 yesterday afternoon.
They say they tried to stop him to see if he needed help, but when they grabbed him, they say the man began throwing punches.
The men ended up on the ground, and that's when troopers tasered him. The man was taken to the hospital where he was cited and released.
