November has always been a tender month for Megan Bradshaw. Four years ago, it was when she unexpectedly gave birth to twin boys at 28 weeks gestation.

After waking from an emergency caesarean section, it was Megan's husbands greatest sorrow to tell her one of the boys didn't make it.

As Megan has worked to find something to put her grief into, she found solace in service. In 2011, to make the boys' third birthday, she started Teeny Tears, a project to sew diapers for stillborn babies and those who die in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit.

What started as a project to help families locally has turned into something that has lifted the bereavement community all over the world.

Click here to learn more about Teeny Tears and how you can help in the effort.
