(KSL News) A home surveillance tape could be used in the case against a man accused of killing his wife in a hit-and-run.

Sherman Lynch is accused of hitting Patricia Rothermich with a pickup truck then hiding that truck at a vacant house.

The Deseret Morning News reports a surveillance camera at a residence near the scene of the crime was running that day. That camera caught images of the white truck just a few minutes before the hit-and-run.
