(KSL News) A woman with a lengthy criminal history was arrested today after trying to sell a gun and laptop.
It started when Salt Lake police were dispatched to the All-Star Motel on a suspicious person call. Someone called police and told them that a woman tried to sell him a gun and a laptop. The caller also said the woman told him she was wanted for manslaughter.
When officers arrived, she gave them a false name. However, fingerprints confirmed she was Kymberli Lambert and had a criminal history and gang affiliation.
Lambert was wanted for identity theft and forgery out of Cedar City. She also had a warrant out of Idaho and several drug-related warrants.
Lambert was charged with possession of a firearm by a restricted person and providing false information.
