(KSL News/AP) A Beaver man is in jail today for allegedly shooting and killing his ex-wife's boyfriend in the middle of a busy restaurant.
Witnesses say Mark Erickson went to the Timberline Inn Restaurant and approached his ex-wife and her boyfriend, Timothy McEnaney. Sheriff's officials say Erickson then pulled a gun and shot McEnaney in the head. Erickson then fled.
McEnaney was flown to the hospital, where he died.
Later a SWAT team found Erickson sitting in his mother's van in a remote areas about 5 miles north of Beaver. He was arrested without incident.
Erickson is charged with aggravated murder and is being held on a $1 million cash bail.
