Photo Courtesy Associated Press (KSL News) FLDS leader Warren Jeffs quietly settled into his new home at the Utah State Prison.

Jeffs was transferred to the prison following his sentencing on charges of rape as an accomplice earlier this month. He is now undergoing a five-week assessment.

A spokesman for the Department of Corrections says it will be at least three years before he is eligible for a parole hearing. Jeffs lawyers say they will appeal.
