(KSL News) A Springville man who has been arrested at least 10 times in 22 years for drinking and driving may be forced to stop drinking, at least for now.
Robert Van Dyke was arrested again two months ago for drinking and driving after he was stopped by Spanish Fork Police. Since he met bail, he's out of jail.
So, the Utah County Prosecutors office filed a motion to keep him from drinking or going to bars until the case heads to court.
The judge is expected to rule on the motion on December 14.
