SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Memorial services are scheduled this week for Utah Senator Ed Mayne, who on Sunday died of cancer.
A visitation is scheduled for Wednesday night at the Union Labor Center in Salt Lake City. Mayne was president of Utah's AFL-CIO chapter and was known for being a champion of the working class.
Another visitation is scheduled for the State Capitol on Thursday night.
Mayne's funeral is Friday in his hometown of West Valley City.
