(KSL News) -- If you see a lot of women in your office wearing red tomorrow, it has nothing to do with University of Utah athletics. It's about money or the lack of it.

"Utah is absolutely, it's second to lowest in the entire country for pay equity in women."

Utah Business and Professional Women Association Vice President Jamie Riccobono says women are catching up, but slowly. It will be 2039 before the wage gap closes.

"I know I'm good at what I do and I do it well and I have the respect I deserve. Now I need to know that you respect me enough to pay me."
