Normally you don't expect to find Green Eggs and Ham at Abravanel Hall, but the Utah Symphony - like others across the country - is catering to younger listeners, much younger listeners.
It's part of the Lollipop Concert Series held three times a year. Education Activities Coordinator Beverly Hawkins says it's a different experience for the musicians and conductor Keith Lockhart to perform for such a young crowd.
Beverly Hawkins: "Having a child of your own, as Keith does, helps you learn how to speak to that age of audience and understand that the disruptions are not necessarily disruptions of I'm not interested but disruptions of squeals of delight."
